Church Growth is an arm of the Glory of Christ Church that is responsible for everything concerning the discipleship and spiritual development of members. A lineage functions like a spiritual family, where members are nurtured, supported, and connected to others within the church community. From this lineage, each member can then discover and join a ministry according to his or her calling and gifting.
